---reflections of the work at renovating and upgrading work at Tishrin Hydropower Plant in Syria

The 72-hour trial operation of the Unit 4 of Tishrin HPP has been finished on May 1,2011 and transferred to the owner to put into service, which certified that the techinical reform and computer upgrading has been finished within one year.

To review the whole working process, the techinical reform and computer upgrading can be summerazed into three words: Specialty, Devotion, Efficiency. Nearly 30 professional engineers has been involved during the peak workload period and they must confront the huge amount complicated work.

In complience with the working on schedule requirement by the head office, the Tishrin site PMO(Project Management Office) has been devoting to integrating the work group, emphasizing the work efficiency , ensuring the constructive quality , erasing the discrepancy and we finally successfully accpmplished the work before the required completion date and obtained the Taking-Over Certificate issued by the owner. Our specialty, devotion, efficiency has been highly praised by the owner.

The successful completion of the work shows our remarkable experience of construcing, maintaining and reforming large Hydro Power Plant, to further enhance the competitive strength of construction project in Syria and composes another resplendent symphony of Eupharates.
